MACHTELD JEWELLERY / Alle aankopen van MACHTELD worden binnen Nederland kosteloos naar u verzonden. Zodra het aankoopbedrag is gestort wordt er een email naar u verstuurd wanneer u de zending kunt verwachten. Ruil & Retour Mocht het ontvangen item niet overeen komen met het item zoals beschreven in uw aankoopbevestiging dan kan het geretourneerd worden. Het stuk dient dan onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst te worden teruggestuurd. De retour wordt na ontvangst per email bevestigd waarna het aankoopbedrag binnen 2 weken wordt teruggestort. Een item ruilen kan binnen 14 dagen. Ook dan dient het artikel onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking te worden teruggestuurd. De bijkomende kosten voor verzending zullen worden doorberekend aan de klant. Artikelen welke niet binnen de aangegeven periode worden geretourneerd worden niet geaccepteerd. Within the Netherlands all buys from MACHTELD will be send to you free from shippingcosts. After the payment is received an email will be sent to you with information about the shipment. Exchange & Return If the item received is different  from what you ordered as listed in your purchase conformation, the item can be returned. The piece must be  sendt back within 7 days after receipt, undamaged en in the original package. After arrival an email will be sent for conformation and  the piece will then be refunded within 14 days. An item can be returned within 14 days. The item must also be returned undamged and in its original package. Any extra costs for shipping will have to be paid by the customer.
